We offer individual and group therapy, workshops and speaking engagements, as well as professional development and team building. We also welcome opportunities to collaborate with others.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more about us and the ways in which we practice. We can meet virtually or out of our Ann Arbor office. If you think we may be a good fit, we would be honored to meet with you to discuss how we may best meet your current needs.
We are a diverse group of art therapists and licensed mental health practitioners. We provide a mix of talk therapy, creative expression, and mindfulness practice, depending on your personal goals. We work with individuals throughout the lifespan, from young children through adults. Collectively, we have experience working with trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, traumatic brain injury, chronic illness, stress management, emotional awareness, life transitions, and parenting. We can help you work through creative blocks, develop problem solving skills, process emotions and experiences, and learn more about yourself.
The responsibility for creating one’s life is an active process; art therapy can help a person to make choices and contemplate possible results. Art making involves choosing materials, having the freedom to make choices, and creating unique meaning. Art can help a person work through feelings of grief, loss, fear, and pain. It can help us to make sense of the world around us. The nonverbal nature of art making may assist an individual in expressing strong emotions that are difficult to express in words.
