A well-being and mental performance coach teaching clients strategies to reduce stress and unlock potential. She has been teaching mindfulness and meditation for over 25 years and incorporates other mind/body techniques such as EFT meridian tapping and Psych-K,  into her work.

She previously directed University of Michigan Cardiovascular Medicine Stress Management Services, leads meditation workshops for UM Ross School of Business Executive Education programs and works with college athletes and musicians on mental conditioning training.
