Paulette offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in the 8-week and 5-Day Intensive formats and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in the 8-week and 2-Day Core Skills format. She also offers Days of Mindfulness and leads weekly drop-ins in Saline and Ann Arbor and is available to customize offerings for your non-profit or place of business.
Paulette is an experienced teacher Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion, longtime meditator, and founding member of the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness. She was trained by Jon-Kabat Zinn, creator of MBSR, and Colleagues at the University of Massachusetts and Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, creators of MSC, at the University of California-San Diego. Helping others cultivate inner peace, awaken joy, and gain insights into living a fuller life is her passion!
